Thank you for your interest in applying for a Habitat for Humanity of Northern Arizona Starter Home!

Applicants are evaluated based on:

1. Need for housing

2. Willingness to partner

3. Ability to pay 

Though your application can be completed online you will need to separately provide the Required Documents.

For each applicant age 18 and over, please provide copies of the following:

            •          Social Security card

            •          Valid government-issued photo ID

            •          Birth certificate

            •          Signed federal tax returns and W-2 forms for 2024 and 2025

            •          Four most recent pay stubs

            •          Documentation of any additional income

            •          Bank statements for the most recent 3 months

            •          Marriage certificate or divorce decree (if applicable)

            •          Current lease or rental payment history
